基层卫生院急诊内科治疗昏迷患者的方法及效果分析

Method and Effect Analysis of Emergency Department of Primary Hospital for Treatment of Coma Patients

目的阐述基层卫生院急诊内科治疗昏迷患者的方法,观察治疗效果。方法以本院2017年10月-2018年10月收治的25例昏迷患者作为样本,当昏迷患者入院后,临床需给予查体,后根据检查结果给予对症治疗。结果脑出血患者治疗有效率83.3%、急性乙醇中毒、糖尿病酮症酸中毒及急性心肌梗塞患者,治疗有效率均为100%。脑出血患者急救(35.4±6.5)min后清醒、住院(7.6±0.1)d。急性乙醇中毒患者急救(26.9±2.8)min后清醒、住院(5.4±0.2)d。糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者急救(34.1±3.0)min后清醒、住院(5.9±0.8)d。急性心肌梗塞患者急救(29.8±3.9)min后清醒、住院(7.2±0.4)d。结论昏迷患者入院后,及时通过查体等方式明确病因,并给予对症治疗,可提高治疗有效率,缩短住院时间。

Objective To elaborate the method of emergency medical treatment for coma patients in grassroots hospitals and observe the therapeutic effect.Methods 25 comatose patients admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were taken as samples.When comatose patients were admitted to our hospital,they should be examined clinically,and then given symptomatic treatment according to the results of examination.Results The effective rate of treatment for cerebral hemorrhage was 83.3%.For acute alcoholism,diabetic ketoacidosis and acute myocardial infarction,the effective rate was 100%.The patients with cerebral hemorrhage were awake and hospitalized (7.6+0.1) days after emergency treatment (35.4+6.5) minutes.The patients with acute alcoholism were awake and hospitalized (5.4+0.2) days after emergency treatment (26.9+2.8) minutes.The patients with diabetic ketoacidosis were awake and hospitalized (5.9+0.8) days after first aid (34.1+3.0) minutes.The patients with acute myocardial infarction were awake and hospitalized (7.2+0.4) days after first aid (29.8+3.9) minutes.Conclusion After coma patients are admitted to hospital,timely physical examination and other means to identify the causes and give symptomatic treatment can improve the treatment efficiency and shorten the hospitalization time.
