糖尿病视网膜病变眼科首诊的临床特征分析

Analysis of Clinical Characteristics of Diabetic Retinopathy in Ophthalmology

目的探究糖尿病视网膜病变眼科首诊的临床特征。方法选取2016年1月-2018年10月某院门诊收治的74例DR患者。按照依照DR分期判断标准,分为轻中度DR患者组与重度DR患者组。结果与轻度和中度非增殖性DR患者比较,增殖性DR患者视力差异显著(P<0.05)。同样与重度非增殖性DR患者比较,增殖性DR患者视力差异显著(P<0.05)。结论视网膜病变作为糖尿病的典型并发症,应及早发现诊断治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of diabetic retinopathy in ophthalmology.Methods From January 2016 to October 2018,74 DR patients admitted to the outpatient department of a hospital were selected. According to the criteria of DR staging,they were divided into mild to moderate DR patients group and severe DR patients group.Results Compared with mild and moderate non-proliferative DR patients and severe non-proliferative DR patients,the visual acuity of proliferative DR patients is significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion Retinopathy,as a typical complication of diabetes,should be diagnosed and treated as early as possible.
