HC可视喉镜在院前急救气管插管中的应用

Application of HC visual Laryngoscope in Endotracheal Intubation of Pre-hospital Emergency Patients

目的探究HC可视喉镜在院前急救气管插管中所起到的医疗运用价值。方法选取我急救中心2017年和2018年行急危重症院前急救气管插管的患者20例,采用随机分组法将其分为对照组10例(采用传统光学喉镜)以及观察组10例(采用HC可视喉镜),并对两组患者的运用效果进行数据的统计和分析。结果观察组的插管成功率、声门暴露率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组插管时间低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论在实行院前急救气管插管时,HC可视喉镜能够呈现良好的医疗运用价值,值得在急救医疗工作中进行推广运用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of HC visual laryngoscope in pre-hospital emergency endotracheal intubation.Methods 20 cases of first-aid endotracheal intubation in the first-aid center in 2017 and 2018 were selected,and 10 cases of the control group were divided into control group (using conventional optical laryngoscope) and 10 cases of observation group (using HC visual laryngoscope).And the data is collected and analyzed for the application effect of the two groups of patients.Results The success rate of intubation and glottic exposure in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The intubation time in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The difference is statistically significant.Conclusion In the implementation of pre-hospital emergency endotracheal intubation,HC visual laryngoscope can present a good clinical application value,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
