The clinical symptoms of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome are complex,especially in the fever period,and its specificity is not high.In order to reduce misdiagnosis,improve the coincidence rate of diagnosis and make patients receive timely and reasonable treatment,clinicians must be skilled in mastering the clinical characteristics of the disease.Based on epidemiological data and clinical data,combined with routine examination of blood and urine,comprehensive analysis should be made to broaden suspicion of diagnosis and strict diagnosis.
