摘要
在天然气集输工程中,采出气体中夹带着少量粒径很小的固体颗粒,会对管道造成冲蚀磨损,导致管道失效。采用数值模拟的方法探究新型双文丘里多相流量计内的气固冲蚀问题,预测出新型双文丘里多相流量计的冲蚀特性,有利于运用现有的泄漏检测技术,减少盲目检测。
In the process of natural gas gathering and transportation,the solid particles with little particle size are entrained in the produced gas,which will cause erosion and wear to the pipeline and cause the pipeline to fail.The numerical simulation method is used to investigate the gas-solid erosion problem in the new double venturi multiphase flowmeter. The erosion characteristics of the new dual-venturi flowmeter are predicted, which is beneficial to the existing leak detection technology and reduce blind detection.
