产教融合视域下高职科研工作的思考

Reflections on Scientific Research Work in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of the Integration of Production and Education

科研高职院校的重要职能之一,其地位和作用不容忽视。经过多年的发展和探索,认为高职的发展离不开产教融合。本文系统总结了高职教育发展过程中的产教融合策略发展历程,并分析了产教融合策略对高职科研工作的影响,最后,分别从科研制度、科研管理、科研团队、科研考核、科研评价等几个方面论述了高职科研发展策略,希望能引起广大学者的共鸣。

As one of the important functions of Higher Vocational colleges,the status and role of scientific research can not be ignored. After years of development and exploration,it holds that the development of higher vocational education can not be separated from the integration of production and education. This paper systematically summarizes the development process of the integration strategy of industry and education in the development of higher vocational education,and analyzes the influence of integration strategy of industry and education on scientific research work. Finally,this paper discusses the development strategy of scientific research in higher vocational education from the aspects of scientific research system,scientific research management,scientific research team,scientific research assessment,scientific research evaluation and so on, hoping to arouse the resonance of the majority of scholars.
