Research on the Selection and Risk of Technology Alliance of Reverse Service Outsourcing

中国制造业在离岸服务外包中多承接发达国家发包的低端价值链业务。“中国制造2025”背景下,高端装备制造业接发包双方角色发生转换,许多企业向发达国家寻求技术联盟并反向外包技术业务。反向服务外包技术联盟可帮助中方企业跃过科技沟壑,实现技术跨越式发展,并带来技术“溢出效应”,但同时也存在着极大风险。本文采用改进的布谷鸟差分方程优化神经网络模型,对反向服务外包技术联盟进行实证甄选,并进一步分析了反向服务外包技术联盟中的市场风险、管理风险与技术风险,最后从五个方面提出了针对性建议。

Chinese manufacturing industry undertakes the low-end value chain business contracted by developed countries in offshore service outsourcing.Under the background of"Made in China 2025",the role of receiver and subcontractor changes in highequipment manufacturing industry.Many enterprises seek technology alliance from developed countries,and reverse outsources technology business.Efficient reverse service outsourcing technology alliances can help Chinese enterprises leap over the technology gap,achieve leapfrog development of technology,and bring technology"spillover effect",but with great risks.An improved FCS-BP search algorithm was proposed to optimize the initial weights of BP neural network,and the reverse service outsourcing technology alliance is selected empirically,and the market risk,management risk,financial risk and technology risk in reverse service outsourcing process are further analyzed.Finally,there are five suggestions on the implementation of reverse service outsourcing.
