福州地区健康人群男女体质差异比较分析

Comparative analysis of constitution differences between men and women in healthy population in Fuzhou

目的通过分析比较福州地区健康人群中男性与女性体质差异,为该地区的中医治未病以及健康管理方面提供一定的参考依据。方法采取随机招募的方式,对符合纳入标准的健康志愿者使用中医体质量表进行问卷调查,并参照中华中医药学会颁布的《中医体质分类与判定》标准对志愿者进行体质分类。结果男性和女性中医体质在阳虚质、气虚质频数分布差异明显,气郁质、痰湿质、阴虚质频数分布无统计学差异。结论福州地区的健康人群中,男性与女性体质分布存在着一定差异,故在临床上需要把握男女体质的差异特点从而预防与诊疗疾病。

Objective To provides references for the preventive treatment of TCM and health management in Fuzhou by analyzing and comparing constitutiondifferences between men and women in healthy population in Fuzhou. Methods By random recruitment, the healthy volunteers who met the inclusion criteria were investigated with Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire (CCMQ). Volunteers were classified according to the standard of Classification and Judgment of TCM Constitution by the China Association of Chinese Medicine. Results There were significant differences in the frequency distribution of yang-deficiency constitutionand qi-deficiency constitutionbetween male and female TCM constitutions. There was no difference in the frequency distribution of qi-deficiency constitution, phlegm dampness constitutionand yin-deficiency constitution. Conclusion Among the healthy population in Fuzhou, there are some differences in the distribution of male and female constitutions. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp the constitutiondifferences between men and women in order to prevent and treat diseases.
