摘要 目的研究无创心输出量在新生儿检测中的价值。方法选取我院2017年5月~2018年10月纳入的60例住院新生儿作为研究对象,其中36例病情较轻无需输液治疗的新生儿作为对照组,另24例病情严重的新生儿作为研究组,分别检测所有新生儿的血流动力学指标,观察检测结果。结果两组新生儿的每搏输出量、心输出量、血管外周阻力胸腔液体水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组射血分数、短轴缩短率低于对照组(P<0.05),但右室射血前期/右室射血时间、右室加速时间/右室射血时间高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电子心力测量法在新生儿检测中具有重要意义,值得临床推广使用,从而提高危重症新生儿的血流动力学诊治水平。 Objective To study values of application of non-invasive cardiac output detection in neonates. Methods 60 neonates who were admitted and hospitalized in our hospital from May 2017 to October 2018 were selected as research objects. 36 neonates with mild diseases who had no need of transfusion were selected as the control group while 24 neonates with serious diseases were selected as the study group.The hemodynamics indexes of all neonates were detectedand detection results were analyzed. Results There were statistically significant differences instroke volume, cardiac output, vascularperipheral resistance and thoracic fluid contentbetween the two groups (P < 0.05).The ejection fraction and fractional shorteningof the study group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05).However, right ventricular pre-ejection period, right ventricular ejection time, right ventricular acceleration time and right ventricular ejection time inthe study groupwere higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Electronic cardiometry is of great significance in the detection of neonates and it is worthy of clinical application. It can improve the hemodynamic diagnosis and treatment of critically ill neonates.
