完带汤加减治疗输卵管炎性不孕对血清炎症因子的影响

Effect of modified wandai decoction in treatment of salpingitic infecundity on serum inflammatory factors

目的探讨完带汤加减治疗输卵管炎性不孕对血清炎症因子的影响。方法选取2016年7月~2018年6月我院新诊断输卵管炎性不孕患者100例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组在此基础上给予完带汤加减治疗。观察基线期与治疗后3个月两组患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平变化,评价临床疗效。结果观察组临床疗效有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。基线期,两组血清TNF-α、IL-6水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组血清TNF-α、IL-6水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论完带汤加减可有效治疗输卵管炎性不孕,调控患者血清TNF-α、IL-6水平可能是其作用机制之一。

Objective To explore the effect of modified Wandai decoction in treatment of salpingitic infecundity on serum inflammatory factors. Methods 100 patients who were newly diagnosed with salpingitic infecundity in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin while the observation group was treated with modified Wandai decoction on basis of the control group. Serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and Interleukin-6 levels in baseline period and 3 months after treatment of patients in two groups were compared to evaluate clinical curative effect. Results The effective rate of clinical curative effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels in baseline period between two groups (P > 0.05).After 3 months of treatment,serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels in the observation group was lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Modified Wandai decoction can effectively treat salpingitic infecundity.Regulating the serum TNFalpha and IL-6 levels may be one of its mechanisms.
