护理风险管理模式在预防老年住院患者跌倒的应用与效果研究

Application and effect of nursing risk management model in preventing falls of elderly inpatients

目的研究护理风险管理模式在预防老年住院患者发生跌倒事件的应用及效果。方法于2017年1~6月对我院老年住院患者采用常规预防跌倒的管理方法,即口头健康宣教、加强巡视等;于2017年7~12月对我院老年住院患者则采用新建立的护理风险管理模式,即评估-预防-处理的风险管理模式。比较采用护理风险管理模式前后,对我院老年住院患者发生跌倒事件的影响。结果常规预防跌倒的管理方法,跌倒事件的发生率为1.65%,而采用护理风险管理模式的管理方法,跌倒事件的发生率为0.38%。结论对老年住院患者采用护理风险管理模式可以有效预防跌倒事件的发生,从而提高临床护理工作质量,保证护理安全。

Objective To study the application and effect of nursing risk management model in preventing elderly hospitalized patients from falling. Methods From January to June 2017,routine fall prevention management methods were adopted for elderly inpatients in our hospital,namely oral health education,strengthening patrol,etc. From July to December 2017,we adopted the newly established nursing risk management mode for elderly inpatients in our hospital,that is,the risk management mode of assessment-prevention-treatment.To compare the influence of nursing risk management mode on fall events of elderly inpatients in our hospital. Results The results showed that the incidence of falls was 1.65% with the conventional management method of preventing falls,and 0.38% with the management method of nursing risk management mode. Conclusion The nursing risk management model for elderly inpatients can effectively prevent the occurrence of falls,so as to improve the quality of clinical nursing work and ensure the safety of nursing.
