医学生考试期间心理健康状况及其影响因素分析

Analysis of Mental Health Status and Its Influential Factors among Medical Students during Examination

目的研究某医科大学学生考试期间心理健康状况及影响因素,为医学院校心理健康工作提供有效参考。方法采用一般情况调查表与症状自评量表SCL-90对671名医学生进行调查,并对影响因素进行非条件logistic回归分析。结果考试期间医学生心理问题检出率为36.66%。通宵复习、生病是考试期间心理健康的危险因素,体育锻炼是保护因素。结论医学生考试期间心理健康问题检出率较高,学校应予以足够关注,有针对性地开展心理健康教育与辅导工作。

Objective To study the mental health status and its influential factors among students in a medical university during the examination,and provide effective reference for education on mental health in medical colleges.Methods Questionnaires including symptom self-rating scale SCL-90 and those on demographic characteristics were used to investigate 671 medical students.Mental health status was assessed,and the influential factors were analyzed using unconditioned logistic regression.Results During the examination, the prevalence of psychological problems of medical students was 36.66%.Studying over night and being sick were risk factors for mental health during examinations,whereas physical exercise was a protective factor.Conclusion The level of mental health problems is high for medical students during the examination.This issue should be paid enough attention to by the school,and appropriate education on mental health and counseling psychology should be provided.
