Buck型变换电路元件参数选择分析研究

摘要 介绍了Buck变换电路的工作原理,探讨了Buck变换电路电感元件和电容选择的原则,根据不同的电感值,分析了电感电流三种不同的工作状态,并给出了三种不同状态的仿真分析,经仿真验证,三种状态仿真结果和理论分析一致.对于电容值选取,在考虑纹波电压的情况下,分析了电容值的选取原则,并计算出纹波电压和电容值之间关系式,最后根据设定的参数值给出了纹波电压的仿真波形图,验证了电容值和纹波电压关系的正确性.直流变换电路元件参数分析为开关电源电路设计提供了新的指导方法. This paper introduces the working principle of Buck converter circuit,discusses the principle of inductor component and capacitor selection of Buck converter circuit,analyzes the three different working states of inductor current according to the different inductance values,and gives the three different simulation analyses of the different state. The simulation results verify that the three state simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis. For the selection of the capacitance value,in the case of considering the ripple voltage,the principle of selecting the capacitance value is analyzed and the relationship between the ripple voltage and the capacitance value is calculated. Finally,the ripple voltage is given according to the set parameter value. The waveform is simulated to verify the correctness of the relationship between the capacitance value and the ripple voltage. The parameter analysis of DC conversion circuit components provides a new guiding method for switching power supply circuit design.
