摘要
硫酸盐是一种危害性较大的侵蚀性介质,是影响混凝土结构耐久性的重要因素之一.研究硫酸盐对混凝土微观结构的影响具有重要意义.通过扫描电镜试验研究分析了浸泡时间、硫酸盐溶液类型、混凝土强度等级对混凝土微观形貌的影响.结果表明,同等级混凝土浸泡在相同浓度下的不同溶液中,以硫酸钠和硫酸镁复合溶液侵蚀破坏程度最为严重;氯离子的存在可以减轻混凝土受硫酸盐腐蚀的破坏程度;相同浸泡条件下,C40混凝土受硫酸盐侵蚀最为严重.
As a kind of harmful aggressive media,sulfate is considered as one of the important factors affecting the durability of concrete. It is extremely significant to research the influence of sulfate on the microstructure of concrete. The effects of soaking time,type of sulfate solution and strength grade of concrete on the microstructure of concrete are studied by SEM. The results show that the corrosion damage is the most serious in the same concentration of sodium sulfate and magnesium sulfate composite solution. The presence of chloride ions in the composite solution can delay the damage of concrete by sulfate corrosion. With the same immersion condition,the corrosion damage of C40 concrete under sulfate is the most serious.
