摘要
使用陈化水稻生产燃料乙醇既可以有效控制陈化粮食流入粮食加工市场、减少国家对此进行储存的费用,又可满足燃料乙醇行业原料需求。为了评估广西中粮生物质能源有限公司(广西公司)使用陈化水稻的能量投入/产出,利用国内已有的全生命周期模型进行了净能量分析。结果表明:广西装置的净能量为11.99MJ/L(以1L乙醇计),其中乙醇转化环节的能量投入占总能量投入的44.73%,而精馏消耗的蒸汽占乙醇转化环节蒸汽消耗的83.24%。副产品提供的能量可补偿17.68MJ/L(以1L乙醇计)。可见,原料的综合利用以及精馏工序的节能改造是广西公司提高能源利用效率的重要措施。
Using aged rice to produce fuel ethanol,not only could effectively control aged grain into food processing market and reduce the storage cost,but also meet the raw material demand of fuel ethanol industry.To evaluate the energy input/output in Guangxi COFCO,the net energy was analyzed using the domestic life cycle model.The calculation results show that the net energy value was 11.99 MJ/L ethanol.The percentage of energy input of ethanol production was 44.73% and the share of steam consumption of distillation in steam input of ethanol production was 83.24%.Energy produced from by-products was 17.68 MJ/L ethanol.Hence,comprehensive utilization of raw materials and energy saving in distillation were important measures to improve the energy efficiency in Guangxi COFCO.
