摘要
大学生之所以会肥胖,主要是由于机体能量的消耗达不到摄入量,使脂肪在人体内过度地堆积,导致代谢紊乱,从而变得肥胖。近年来,生活方式不断改变,国民的健康意识却相对滞后,能量的摄入与消耗不均衡导致大学生群体超重和肥胖率明显增加,与其有关的心血管疾病危险因素水平也有明显的增加趋势,其风险会导致大量危险并发症。目前,体育运动是公认防治心血管疾病最有效方法和根本措施。基于此,本文拟从体育运动对大学生的肥胖与心血管功能影响进行分析和综述,以期改善肥胖大学生的身体素质和健康水平。
The reason why college students are obese is that the body's energy intake is greater than the consumption, and the fat is excessively accumulated in the body, which leads to metabolic disorders becoming obese. In recent years, people's lifestyles have undergone signif icant changes, while the national health consciousness has lagged behind. The imbalance between energy intake and consumption has led to a signif icant increase in the obesity and overweight rate of college students, and the level of cardiovascular disease risk factors associated with it is also obvious. Increasing the trend, its risk can lead to a large number of dangerous complications. At present, sports is recognized as the most effective method and fundamental measure for preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases. Based on the above, this paper intends to analyze and summarize the research on obesity and cardiovascular function of college students in sports, in order to promote the physical and mental health of obese college students.
