对比不同厂家β-甘露聚糖酶对仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率的影响

摘要 【目的】研究不同来源β-甘露聚糖酶对仔猪生长性能的影响,评估β-甘露聚糖酶在玉米-豆粕型日粮在仔猪中的应用效果,为β-甘露聚糖酶选用提供试验依据。【方法】选择180头体重为9±0.5kg的保育仔猪,随机分为3个组,每组3个重复,每个重复20头,分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+和美酵素、基础日粮+盛美酵素,试验期18d。【结果】添加和美酵素与对照组相比仔猪的平均日增重和平均采食量分别降低1.84%和3.00%,料重比降低0.02,但差异均不显著(p﹥0.05);添加盛美酵素仔猪的平均采食量降低2.31%,但平均日增重得到提高1.14%,料重比得到降低0.07,差异均不显著(p﹥0.05);添加和美酵素和盛美酵素均能提高仔猪对粗蛋白、钙磷的表观消化率。【结论】在添加有复合酶制剂的情况下,额外再添加β-甘露聚糖酶,对仔猪的生长性能影响不显著,但有降低料重比的趋势,同时对饲料中粗蛋白、钙、磷的表观消化率得到相对的提高。 【Objective】To study the effects of β-mannanase from different sources on the growth performance of piglets, and to evaluate the effect of β-mannanase on corn-soybean meal diet in piglets. To provide experimental basis for the selection of β-mannanase.【Method】In total of 180 piglets which weighing 9 ±0. 5kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 repeats in each group and 20 piglets in each group. The three groups were fed with basal diet, basal diet plus Hemei enzyme, basal diet plus Shengmei enzyme respectively, and the experimental period was 18 days.【Result】Compared with the control group, for the group of basal diet plus Hemei enzyme, the average daily gain and average feed intake of piglets decreased by 1. 84% and 3. 00%, respectively, and the feed-to-weight ratio decreased by 0. 02, but the difference was not significant (p > 0. 05). The average feed intake of piglets supplemented with Shengmei enzyme decreased by 2. 31%, but the average daily gain increased by 1. 14% and the ratio of feed to weight decreased by 0. 07, the difference was not significant (p > 0. 05). Addition of enzyme and enzyme could increase the apparent digestibility of crude protein, calcium and phosphorus in piglets.【Conclusion 】In the case of adding compound enzyme preparation, the addition of β-mannanase had no significant effect on the growth performance of piglets, but there was a tendency to reduce the ratio of feed to weight, and at the same time, to crude protein and calcium in feed. The apparent digestibility of phosphorus was relatively improved.
