畜禽标识管理体系建设现状与思考——以广西为例

加强畜禽标识管理对于保障畜禽养殖业发展安全的意义重大。广西是畜禽养殖大省,畜禽标识管理体系建设正在加速推进。文章以广西为例,实地调查广西畜禽标识管理体系建设现状,深入分析畜禽标识管理体系建设中存在动物疫情风险挑战大、人员经费投入不足、管理不到位等突出问题,提出做好政策支持、重点工程建设、数据互通、监管抽检等方面工作,科学推进畜禽标识管理体系建设建议。

It is of great significance to strengthen the management of livestock and poultry identification to ensure the safety of the livestock and poultry industry. Guangxi is a large province of livestock and poultry breeding, and the construction of identification management system of livestock and poultry is accelerating. Taking the Guangxi as an example, the present situation of the construction of the identification management system of the livestock and poultry in Guangxi is carried out, and the issues such as the high risk of the animal epidemic situation in the construction of the identification management system of the livestock and poultry, the shortage of personnel resources, the improper management and the outstanding issues are analyzed. The policy support and the key project construction are put forward. Work in the aspects of data intercommunication, supervision and sampling inspection and so on, and scientifically advance the construction suggestions of the livestock and poultry identification management system.
