广西村级集体经济发展现状调查——基于广西100个行政村的调研分析

Investigation on the present situation of village collective economy development in Guangxi——Based on the investigation and analysis of 100 administrative villages in Guangxi

【目的】发展壮大村级集体经济是加快社会主义新农村建设的重要保证,也是解决村集体“有钱办事”的根本途径。分析目前广西村级集体经济发展现状,为广西制定相关政策措施提供参考。【方法】以广西100个行政村为例,通过问卷调查、实地考察、文献资料查询等方法,分析制约广西村集体经济发展的因素,提出进一步发展壮大广西村级集体经济的路径。【结果】在乡村振兴战略的背景下,广西全区的村级集体经济发展取得良好成效,各村集体经济发展态势良好,奠定了可持续发展的良好基础,但仍存在限制发展壮大的因素,在人才、资源、外部支撑、发展产业等方面存在较大差距。【建议】广西应注重培育与引进人才、加快发展乡村特色优势产业、形成外部有力支撑、提高资源资产利用率来发展壮大农村集体经济。

【Objective】The development and expansion of village-level collective economy is an important guarantee to speed up the construction of a new socialist countryside, and it is also the fundamental way to solve the issue of “Have the money to do things” of village collectives. This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of village collective economy in Guangxi, and provides a reference to formulate relevant policies and measures in Guangxi.【Method】The article takes 100 administrative villages in Guangxi as examples, analyzes the elements that restrict the development and points out the path for further development by questionnaire surveys, field investigation, literature search and other methods.【Result 】Thanks to the the strategy of rural revitalization, the economic development of village collective in Guangxi has achieved good results, and the economic development of village collective is in a good state, which has laid a good foundation for sustainable development. However, here are still factors restricting the development and expansion, and there are still big gaps in talent, resources, external support, industrialdevelopment and other aspects.【Conclusion】Under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization, the development of village collective economy in Guangxi has achieved good results, and the development situation of village collective economy in each village has been good, which has laid a good foundation for sustainable development, but there are still factors that limit the development and growth of Guangxi. There is a big gap in resources, external support, development of industries and so on.【Suggestion】Guangxi should pay attention to the cultivation and introduction of talents, speed up the development of rural characteristic advantage industries, form external strong support, and improve the utilization rate of resources and assets to develop and strengthen the rural collective economy.
