摘要
近年来,随着城镇化的加速发展和智慧城市的不断涌现,对城市治理及公共安全等方面提出了新的要求和挑战。本文基于倾斜航空摄影测量技术和三维实景自动建模技术,构建了城市公共安全三维实景模型基础数据,并以此为基础构建三维实景城市公共安全管理平台,该平台可承载各种业务与应用,本文以应急指挥预案业务为例,阐述其系统在模拟环境场景中的应用并进行现场预案模拟。
In recent years,with the accelerated development of urbanization and the emergence of smart cities,new requirements and challenges have been raised for urban governance and public safety. Based on the tilted aerial photogrammetry technology and 3D real-time automatic modeling technology,this paper constructs the basic data of urban public safety 3D real-life model,and builds a 3D real-life urban public safety management platform based on this,which can carry various services and applications. This paper takes the emergency command plan business as an example,expounds the application of its system in the simulated environment scenario and simulates the site plan.
