大数据视域下犯罪现场分析研究——以入室杀人案件为例

Research on the Crime Scene Analysis from the Perspective of Big Data in the New Era——Take the Case of Indoor Homicide for an Example

当前,犯罪的数据化、智能化趋势愈发明显,侦查工作需要主动适应,寻求创新。犯罪现场勘查作为侦查工作的基础,其重要性不言而喻,其中的关键环节就是犯罪现场分析。现场分析直接关系着现场勘查的质量,且直接影响着后续侦查工作的开展和成效。以入室杀人案件为例,结合大数据时代的发展对犯罪现场分析进行研究,以期能为侦查理论和实践研究起到抛砖引玉之作用。

At present, the trend of crime digitalization and intellectualization is becoming more and more obvious. Investigation work needs to adapt actively and seek innovation. As the basis of investigation, crime scene investigation is particularly important and the key link is crime scene analysis. It provides the basis for the smooth development of follow-up investigative activities and plays a connecting role between the preceding investigation and the following one. Crime scene analysis is directly related to the quality of on-site investigation, and directly affects the follow-up investigation work and the results achieved. Taking the case of indoor homicide for an example, combined with the development of the era of big data, crime scene analysis is studied in order to play a role in the theoretical and practical research of investigation.
