分析了大数据在行业监管领域的应用现状,指出其在起重机监管领域应用的不足,接着论述了基于工业大数据的起重机安全监管平台的组成架构,并从数据来源、现场采集技术、大数据预处理、大数据存储技术、大数据分析技术、大数据挖掘方法、多类型用户平台架构和软件实现等角度分析了该平台建设的难点,阐述了建设起重机安全监管大数据平台的现实意义。

In this paper,the application status of big data in the field of industry monitoring is analyzed,its deficiencies in the application of crane monitoring are pointed out,then the composition framework of crane safety monitoring platform based on industrial big data is discussed,and the difficulties in the platform construction are analyzed from the perspectives of data sources,on-site acquisition technology,big data preprocessing,big data storage technology,big data analysis technology,big data mining method,multi-type user platform architecture and software implementation,and the practical significance of building crane safety monitoring big data platform is expounded.
