基于穿梭车的密集存储系统吞吐量优化分析 被引量:3

摘要 随着自动化技术及物联网技术的飞速发展,穿梭车在自动化密集存储系统中应用越来越广泛。文中根据单层作业的多层穿梭车系统的工作模式,提出了最近邻点法对存取订单序列进行匹配,比较使用算法前后对系统吞吐量的影响,以仿真实验的方式进行了数据分析。实验证明,使用最近邻点法后的穿梭车系统订单存取时间大大缩短,提高了系统的吞吐量。 With the rapid development of automation technology and IoT technology,shuttle vehicles are used in automated dense storage systems more and more widely.According to the operating mode of the multi-layer shuttle vehicle system with single-layer operation,in this paper,the nearest neighbor method is put forward to match the access order sequence,and comparisons of the influence on the system cargo handling capacity before and after using the algorithm are carried out,and the data is analyzed through simulation experiments.Experiment results show that the order access time of shuttle vehicle system using nearest neighbor method is greatly shortened and the system cargo handling capacity is levelled up.
