摘要
针对带式输送机犁式卸料器多点卸料卸不干净、撒料等问题,分析犁式卸料器卸料工作原理和犁头结构,采用DEM离散元理论对卸料过程进行仿真分析,计算犁头卸料最佳物料轨迹和卸料角度,通过结构改进和设计优化,彻底解决卸料器撒料问题。
Considering the problems of uncleanly discharging and scattering of multi-point discharging of the plow discharger of the belt conveyor,in this paper,the discharging working principle and plow share structure of the plow discharger are analyzed,the discharging process is simulated and analyzed by adopting DEM discrete element theory,the optimal material routes and discharging angle of the plow discharger is calculated,and the scattering problem of the discharger is solved in a thorough way through structural improvement and design optimization.
