摘要
目的:探讨缫丝水对高脂模型大鼠的降血脂作用。方法:取50只SD大鼠,随机分为两组,其中一组10只大鼠作为阴性对照组给予基础饲料喂养,另一组40只大鼠给予高脂饲料喂养,复制高脂血症模型。2周后测定血清总胆固醇(TC)水平,将模型复制成功的大鼠分为高脂模型对照组、缫丝水高剂量组(500mg/kg)、中剂量组(250mg/kg)和低剂量组(125mg/kg),均给予高脂饲料喂养。连续灌胃30d后,检测各组大鼠血清TC、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的水平。结果:缫丝水高、中、低剂量组大鼠HDL-C含量、体重及增重量与高脂模型对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);缫丝水高、中、低剂量组血清TC含量低于高脂模型对照组,缫丝水高剂量组血清TG和LDL-C含量均低于高脂模型对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:缫丝水具有降低高脂模型大鼠血脂水平的作用。
Objective: To study the hypolipidemic effect of concentrated water from silk reeling (CWSR) in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: 50 SD rats were randomly divided into two groups.10 rats in one group were given basic diet as the negative control group,and 40 rats in the other group were given high-fat diet to replicate the hyperlipidemia model.After 2 weeks,the serum total cholesterol (TC) level was determined.The rats successfully replicated in the hyperlipidemia model were divided into high-fat control group,high-dose CWSR group (500 mg/kg),medium-dose CWSR group (250 mg/kg) and low-dose CWSR group (125 mg/kg),all of which were given high-fat diet.Continuous gavage with CWSR for 30 days,then levels of the total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in serum of rats were measured. Results: HDL-C content,body weight and weight gain in the high-,medium- and low-dose groups of CWSR were not statistically significant compared with the high-fat model control group ( P >0.05).The serum TC content in the high,medium and low dose CWSR group was lower than that in the high-fat model control group,and the serum TG and LDL-C contents in the high-dose CWSR group were lower than that in the high-fat model control group ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: CWSR has the hypolipidemic effect in hyperlipidemic rats.
