摘要
目的:研究双黄连粉针剂与8种常用抗生素配伍对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用。方法:将双黄连粉针剂分别与乳酸左氧氟沙星、阿莫西林、氨苄西林、复方新诺明、亚胺培南/西司他丁、环丙沙星、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、万古霉素混合配制并过滤为无菌药液后以二倍稀释法加入MH培养基中,调整为不同浓度,接种金黄色葡萄球菌悬液后以美国临床实验室标准委员会(NCCLS)标准测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC),再以常量棋盘稀释法测定部分抑菌浓度指数(FIC)。结果:阿莫西林、复方新诺明、头胞哌酮/舒巴坦与双黄连合用后呈相加效应,其FIC值均为0.75;乳酸左氧氟沙星、氨苄西林、亚胺培南/西司他丁、万古霉素与双黄连合用后对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用呈无关效应,其FIC值分别为2.00、1.50、1.50、1.50;而环丙沙星在与双黄连合用后对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用呈拮抗效应,其FIC值为3.00。结论:双黄连粉针剂会影响抗生素的抗菌作用,双黄连与抗生素联合使用治疗感染应充分考虑药物之间的相互作用。
Objective: To investigate the anti- Staphylococcus aureus effect of the compatibility of Shuanghuanglian powder injection with 8 kinds of antibiotic. Methods: Shuanghuanglian powder and levofloxacin lactate,amoxicillin,ampicillin,cotrimoxazole,imipenem/cilastatin,ciprofloxacin,cefoperazone/sulbactam and vancomycin were processed by aseptic filtration and mixed into MH culture medium by double dilution method.Minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) was measured after inoculation with Staphylococcus aureus according to NCCLS standard.The fractional inhibitory concentration(FIC) was measured using constant chessboard dilution method. Results: Amoxicillin,cotrimoxazole and cefoperazone/sulbactam showed additive effect with Shuanghuanglian powder,and the FIC were all 0.75.Levofloxacin lactate,ampicillin,imipenem/cilastatin and vancomycin showed unrelated effect with Shuanghuanglian powder with the FIC value of 2.00,1.50,1.50 and 1.50,respectively.Ciprofloxacin showed antagonism effect with Shuanghuanglian powder,and the FIC was 3.00. Conclusion: Shuanghuanglian powder injection can affect the antibacterial effect of antibiotics.The combination of Shuanghuanglian and antibiotics should take full account of the drugs interaction.
