高能海扶刀与子宫切除术治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效对比

The comparison of the curative effects of high intensity focused ultrasound and hysterectomy for hysteromyoma

目的:对比高能海扶刀与子宫切除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法:选取2017年8月至2018年5月四川省凉山州第一人民医院妇产科收治的92例子宫肌瘤患者,分为研究组(45例)与对照组(47例)。研究组采用高能海扶刀治疗,对照组采用子宫切除术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、生活质量及不良反应情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率(91.11%)与对照组(89.36%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后肌瘤体积和直径均较治疗前显著减小(均P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后下床时间和住院时间均较对照组缩短(均P<0.05),各项生活质量指标评分均高于对照组,发热、疼痛不适、胃肠道反应发生率及不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高能海扶刀治疗子宫肌瘤可促进患者术后恢复,提升患者生活质量,且安全性好。

Objective: To compare the clinical effects of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) and hysterectomy for uterine fibroids. Methods: Ninty-two patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital were selected and divided into a study group ( n =45) and a control group ( n =47).The patients in the study group were treated with HIFU,and those in the control group were treated with hysterectomy.The clinical efficacy,quality of life and adverse reactions were observed and compared. Results: The total effective rate was similar in the two groups ( P >0.05).After treatment,the fibroids volume and myoma diameter were significantly increased in both groups ( P <0.05),but no significant difference was found between the two groups ( P >0.05).The time to get out of bed and hospital days in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group ( P <0.05).The scores of life quality scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of fever,pain,discomfort and gastrointestinal reactions and the total incidence of adverse reactions were lower ( P <0.05). Conclusion: HIFU could promote the recovery and improve the quality of life in patients with uterine fibroids,and it was safe.
