北京地区限定人群视网膜静脉阻塞与视盘面积相关性的研究 被引量:2

Relationship of optic disk size and retinal vein occlusion in Beijing population

摘要 目的探讨北京城乡地区40岁以上受检人群中视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)与视盘面积的相关性。方法“北京眼病研究”人群,2001年4439人(≥40岁),2011年复查2695人(存活者中应答率为66.4%)。对所有受试者进行详细的问卷调查、眼科检查及全身系统检查。对所有患者右眼眼底像进行分析,观察2001年和2011年RVO的患病率和发病率,并对可能相关的系统性及眼局部危险因素进行分析。应用眼底视神经图像分析系统测量视盘面积和杯盘比。结果本研究纳入4335人的4335只右眼,平均年龄为(56.20±10.59)岁(40101岁),平均屈光度为(0.3±2.1)D(-19.8+12.3D),平均视盘面积为(2.61±0.50)mm^2(0.935.82mm^2)。RVO组与非RVO组在年龄、青光眼患病率、杯盘比方面差异有统计学意义,在性别、视盘面积方面差异无统计学意义。结论北京城乡地区40岁以上受检人群中视盘面积与RVO发生与进展均无相关性。 Objective To examine the association between optic disk size and retinal vein occlusion (RVO) in people aged over 40 years in urban and rural areas of Beijing. Methods The Beijing Eye Study, which included 4 439 subjects (40 years and older) in 2001, was re-conducted in 2011 with 2 695 subjects participating (66.4% of the survivors). A detailed interview, general examinations and ophthalmic examinations were performed. The right eye fundus images of all patients were analyzed. The prevalence and incidence of RVO in 2001 and 2011 were observed. The systemic and local risk factors were analyzed. The optic disc area, optic disk cupping were measured by using computerized imaging system. Results Of the 4 435 subjects right eye included in the study, fundus photographs of sufficient quality for examination were available for 4 335 eyes. The mean age was 56.20 ± 10.59 years (range from 40 to 101 years), the mean refractive error was 0.3 ± 2.1 D (range from -19.8 to +12.3 D), and the mean optic disc area was 2.61±0.50 mm^2(range from 0.93 to 5.82 mm^2). RVO group and non-RVO group had significant differences in age, glaucoma prevalence and cup-disk ratio, but no significant differences in gender and optic disk area. Conclusions From a clinical point of view, it indicates that a small or large optic disc size is neither a risk factor nor a progress factor for the development of RVO.
