自制可持续负压吸引器在腮腺肿瘤切除术后涎瘘中的应用

Application of self-made continuous negative pressure drainage divice in the management of salivary fistula after parotid gland tumor resection

目的评价自制可持续负压引流器在腮腺肿瘤切除术后涎瘘中的临床应用价值。方法将腮腺肿瘤切除术后并发涎瘘的18例患者分为对照组和观察组,记录涎瘘的治愈时间,并进行统计学处理。结果对照组平均治愈时间为28d,观察组平均治愈时间为7d,2组差异有统计学意义。结论自制可持续负压引流器应用于腮腺肿瘤切除术后涎瘘效果好、恢复快、治愈率高。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of self-made continuous negative pressure drainage device in salivary fistula after parotid gland tumor resection. Methods Eighteen patients with salivary fistula after parotid gland tumor resection were divided into the control group and the observation group. Results The average curing time of the control group was 28 days, and that of the observation group was 7 days. The difference was significant. Conclusions The self-made continuous negative pressure drainage device is effective with rapid recovery and high cure rate for salivary fistula after parotid gland tumor resection.
