摘要
近些年,建筑行业发展迅速,工程质量管理过程中的技术需求越来越高,基于工程信息数据的三维模型技术(BIM技术)应用广泛.BIM技术的应用使工程质量管理进一步信息化、自动化.项目数据的模型化使建筑设计更加直观立体,节约资源的同时提高了工程质量管理的效率和工程的质量.目前,BIM技术在国外发展较迅速,在我国应用较匮乏.本文主要介绍了BIM技术的发展历程、在工程项目质量管理方面的优势和现存的问题.
in recent years, the construction industry has developed rapidly, the technical requirements in the process of engineering quality management are increasingly high, and the 3d model technology (BIM technology) based on engineering information data has been widely used. The application of BIM technology makes engineering quality management further informatization and automation. The modeling of project data makes the architectural design more intuitive and three - dimensional, saves resources and improves the efficiency of project quality man-agement and project quality. At present, BIM technology is developing rapidly in foreign countries, and its application in China is scarce. This paper mainly introduces the development process of BIM technology, its advantages in engineering project quality management and existing problems.
