经济新常态下,高校毕业生就业形势越发严峻,这也在侧面上增加了就业指导相关工作开展的压力。新时期,高校毕业生就业指导工作开展的状况并不良好,相关工作开展的理念、模式与方式方法选用中更是存在着很多不合理之处。信息技术与大数据技术十分成熟下,其能够在高校毕业生就业指导工作开展中得到一定程度应用,并发挥出较为多元的应用价值。本文将对高校毕业生就业指导工作开展中存在的不足进行分析,并就大数据思维下高校毕业生就业指导工作的优化事宜提出合理化建议。

Under the new economic normal, the employment situation of college graduates has become more and more serious, which has also increased the pressure on employment guidance related work. In the new era, the employment guidance work of college graduates is not in good condition, and there are many unreasonable aspects in the selection of ideas, models and methods. With the maturity of information technology and big data technology, it can be applied to a certain extent in the development of college graduates'employment guidance work, and exerts a more diversified application value. This paper will analyze the shortcomings in the employment guidance of college graduates, and put forward reasonable suggestions on the optimization of employment guidance for college graduates under the big data thinking.
