摘要
介绍了针对车辙采集与处理子系统采用大功率红外线结构激光器、智能线识别相机组成路面激光断面测量设备。车辙系统车辙相机和激光器安置以往安装方式覆盖宽度不够的问题提出以下解决方案进行了探讨。
the paper introduces the rut acquisition and processing subsystem used high power infrared laser structure, intelligent recognition camera line section of road surface laser measuring equipment, in the process of vehicle, vehicle distance transform into wheel encoder pulse signal transmission distance to control computer, the computer according to certain rules of the control pulse to control the synchronization camera exposure. The problem of insufficient cover width of rut camera and laser installation in the past is discussed.
