复杂电解质体系下新型炭阳极导杆组的研究

摘要 国内铝电解槽壳面硬度高,在调极和换极时,导杆爆炸焊块部位受到的拉力较大,很容易造成该部位开焊、开裂。同时,电解是高耗能工业,随着目前电价的高企以及产能过剩导致的原铝价格偏低,如何有效实现节能降耗是整个行业所关注的问题。本文研制了一种新型铝导杆组,以提高强度和降低能耗。 The hardness of the shell surface of domestic aluminum electrolysis cell is high. When the pole is poled and the pole is changed, the tensile force of the lead rod of the guide rod is greatly affected, which is easy to cause the part to be welded and cracked. At the same time, electrolysis is a high-energy-consuming industry. With the current high price of electricity and the low price of primary aluminum caused by overcapacity, how to effectively achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction is a concern of the whole industry. This paper developed a new type of aluminum guide rod to improve strength and reduce energy consumption.
