#2高加正常疏水调节阀卡涩原因分析及对策

摘要 某电厂1000MW机组在深度调峰过程中发现#2高加正常疏水调节阀卡27%左右,造成#2高加水位突降,通过对阀门解体调试,找到卡涩原因,修复后阀门调试正常无卡涩,同时提出后续防范措施。 During the deep peak shaving process of 1000MW unit in a power plant, it was found that about 27% of the #2 high plus normal trap control valve card caused a sudden drop of #2 high plus water level. Through debugging and debugging of the valve, the cause of jamming was found, and the valve debugging was normal without jamming after repair. At the same time, the follow-up preventive measures were put forward.
