目的:设计并开发一种新型农村合作医疗信息化管理系统.方法:研究新农合医疗标准,了解其实际工作流程,在此基础上采用基于Web的三层B/S应用体系结构,分别使用Delphi7.0、Oracle9i对系统前台以及后台进行开发,并使用Weblogic为web服务器,分别设计出新农合总管理系统以及基金管理、门诊管理以及住院管理等子系统业务.结果:新设计的新农合信息化管理系统界面友好、容易使用、功能完善、技术先进、操作灵活,经专业测试与试运行后,操作人员接受程度高.结论:新设计的新农合信息化管理系统能够有效提高工作效率、强化监控手段,能够满足日常工作的需求,值得大力开发并推广.
