摘要 为了提高矿井提升机的安全性和可靠性,保证大负载的提升能力,本文研究了基于PLC的交流变频调速矿井提升机电控系统设计问题.基于S7-200PLC设计了完整的矿井提升机电控系统,电控设备采用先进的可编程控制器和一些专用电子模块完成提升机的操作控制及监控功能,并具有提升机必要的电气保护与故障分析与排除.研究结果表明,该电控系统功能完善、控制准确、安全保护及故障分析合理,能够满足矿井提升机的控制要求. In order to improvesafety and reliability of mine hoist and ensure high load capacity, the problem of electric control system design for mine hoist based on PLC control and AC frequency conversion is studied in the pa-per. The S7 - 200PLC is used to design the whole electric control system for mine hoist. The electronic control e-quipment adopts the advanced programmable logic controller and some special electronic module to complete the operation control and monitoring function of the hoist. At the same time, it also has the necessary electrical protection and fault analysis and eliminationmechanism. The study resultsshow that the electric control system designed in the paper has perfect control functions, accurate stroke and clear fault diagnosis mechanism, whichcan meet the control requirements of the electric control system for mine hoist.
