河北海岸带及其近海资源环境监测的遥感技术应用

随着科学技术的研究和发展,遥感技术的应用领域越来越广泛,并在监测过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。河北省东临渤海拥有海岸线,沿海地带是河北省经济增长的黄金地带,也是发展外向型经济的重要通道,但河北省海洋灾害频繁发生,灾害种类繁多。日趋频繁的海洋灾害、相对滞后的海洋灾害监测和预报预警技术已成为制约河北建设沿海经济社会发展强省、海洋生态环境保护和经济可持续发展的重要因素之一。本文介绍了海洋灾害遥感监测技术。

with the research and development of science and technology, the application of remote sensing technology is more and more extensive and plays an increasingly important role in the monitoring process. The coastal zone is the golden zone of economic growth in Hebei Province and is an important channel for the development of export - oriented economy. However, marine disasters occur frequently in Hebei Province. There are many kinds of disasters. With the increasing frequency of marine disasters, the relatively lagging technology of monitoring and forecasting of marine disasters has become one of the important factors restricting the development of coastal economy and society in Hebei Province, the protection of marine ecological environment and the sustainable development of economy. The remote sensing monitoring of marine disasters is introduced in this paper.
