摘要
文章为实现三次采油业务技能精准培训,参考国内外成型的业务技能培训模型,引入虚拟教师,构建三次采油业务技能培训模型,对模型中的四个核心组成部分的含义和内容进行详尽阐释。以培训模型为理论指导,完成了培训方案的设计,并自主研发了三次采油业务技能培训系统的原型。以国内某采油厂三采室内工作人员为培训对象对系统进行实践应用,分别对系统运行性能、系统培训效果及培训对象满意度进行效果验证。研究发现:设计方案与传统培训相比提高了个性化培训的精准度,真实有效的提高了员工日常工作系统使用效率,达到了提高受训者业务技能水平、个人绩效及企业绩效的目的,在内容设计和活动设计上效果良好,虚拟教师的监督设计仍需加强。
In order to realize the precision training of the tertiary oil production business, the paper introduces the business skill training model formed at home and abroad, introduces the virtual teacher, constructs the tertiary oil production skill training model, and explains the meaning and content of the four core components in the model. With the training model as the theoretical guidance, the design of the training program was completed, and the prototype of the tertiary oil production skill training system was independently developed. The system was applied to the training personnel of the three mining indoor workers in a domestic oil production plant, and the effectiveness of the system operation performance, system training effect and training object satisfaction were verified. The research found that the design scheme improves the accuracy of personalized training compared with the traditional training, and improves the efficiency of the daily work system of the employees, and achieves the purpose of improving the business skills, personal performance and corporate performance of the trainees. The design and activity design works well, and the supervision design of the virtual teacher still needs to be strengthened.
