应用FRAX评价COPD对老年男性骨质疏松性骨折风险的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)对老年男性骨质疏松性骨折风险的影响。方法收集110例老年男性COPD稳定期患者作为COPD组,110例肺功能正常老年男性作为对照组,比较两组间的一般资料、肺功能、骨质疏松比例、骨密度以及骨折风险的差异,从而分析COPD对老年男性骨质疏松性骨折风险的影响。结果COPD组骨质疏松、低骨量的比例高于对照组(P<0.05),COPD组的腰椎骨密度、股骨颈骨密度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),COPD组的10年发生主要部位骨质疏松骨折的概率和10年发生髋部骨折概率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 COPD明显增加老年男性患者骨质疏松的患病率,会降低患者骨密度,增加患者骨折的风险,应采取措施积极加强防治。 Objective To study the effect of COPD on osteoporotic fracture risk in elderly men. Methods A total 110 COPD elderly men were assigned into study group,and 110 normal pulmonary function men into control group. General information,pulmonary function,prevalence rate of osteoporosis,bone mineral density( BMD) and fracture risk between the two groups were compared for analyzing the effect of COPD on osteoporotic fracture risk in elderly men. Results The prevalence rate of osteoporosis and the rate of osteopenia in the study group were higher than that in the control group( P<0. 05). BMD of the lumbar spine and the femoral neck in the study group was lower than that in the control group( P<0. 05). The ten year probability of major osteoporotic fracture and hip fracture in the study group was higher than those in the control group( P<0. 05). Conclusion COPD increases the prevalence rate of osteoporosis and decreases BMD in elderly men,resulting in high risk of osteoporotic fracture.Prevention and intervention of osteoporotic fracture should be strengthened in this population.
