摘要
数字转型体现了一家经营机构面对外在商业环境巨变时的洞察力和魄力,需要公司文化来全面推进,需要技术生态为支撑,需要客户服务为根本。面对数字化转型,公司只有选择如何开始的权利,却没有选择做与不做的权利。本文解释了什么是数字化及数字化转型,分析了数字化转型的重要性、痛点,给出了国内证券基金行业数字化转型的建议。
Digital transformation reflects the insight and courage of an organization in the face of great changes in the external business environment.It needs corporate culture to comprehensively promote,technical ecology to support and customer service to be fundamental.Faced with digital transformation,companies only have the right to choose how to start,but not the right to choose to do or not to do.This paper explains digitization and digitization transformation,analyzes the importance and pain points of digitization transformation,and gives some suggestions on digitization transformation of domestic securities and funds industry.
