摘要 针对某电厂机组在低负荷运行时,锅炉过热器管发生出列变形、超温及蠕胀甚至爆管等问题,对高温过热器管进行材质分析、力学性能分析和金相显微组织分析,提出机组在低负荷和变负荷的运行调整措施及停炉期间的技术监督,调整后过热器超温及爆管现象明显好转。 To overcome the deformation,overheating and tube burst failures occurring in boiler superheater tubes during low-load operation of a unit,analyses were conducted on the tube material,such as chemical composition,mechanical property and metallographic microstructure,etc.,following which,corresponding countermeasures were put forward for low-load operation,variable load operation and shutdown period of the unit.Above failures were basically avoided after implementation of the countermeasures.
