基于Revit族的搭建及应用——以蓄能水箱为例

Construction and Application Based on Revit Family

Revit是BIM技术中的一种建模软件,它所有图元都是基于族的,暖通空调族库的更新跟不上设备的更新速度,限制了BIM技术在暖通设计中的应用。以济南某节能示范建筑楼为例,利用Revit软件设计了蓄能水箱的设备族,阐述了族的设计思路以及蓄能水箱设备族详细的开发过程,并探讨了该设备族在热泵机房的应用。通过设计蓄能水箱设备族可以掌握其他设备族的创建思路,为基于BIM技术的三维模型更好地应用到暖通设计中奠定了基础。

Revit is a modeling software in BIM technology.All its elements are based on family.The update of HVAC family library can't keep up with the update speed of equipment,which limits the application of BIM technology in HVAC design.Taking an energy-saving demonstration building in Jinan as an example,Revit software was used to design the equipment family of the storage tank.The design idea of the family and the detailed development process of the tank of the storage tank were expounded,and the application of the equipment family in the heat pump room was discussed.By designing the storage tank equipment family,we can grasp the creation ideas of other equipment families,and lay a foundation for the better application of the 3D model based on BIM technology to HVAC design.
