摘要 随着我国城镇化进程的加快以及环境保护要求的提高,供热长输管线应运而生。供热管线系统压力高,同时,长输管线由于敷设距离长,因此一般情况下其地势高差大。这些对管网运行安全都是极大的考验。本文以包头市集中供热环城北干线为例,对比分析了不同定压方式下的系统压力问题,重点阐述了自控旁通定压系统的工作原理及优势,为供热长输管线的设计、运行提供参考。 With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of environmental protection requirements in China,long-distance heating pipelines came into being.The pressure of heating pipeline system is high,at the same time,theterrain difference is large,which is a great test to the safety of the pipe network operation.Taking the north trunk line of central heating in Baotou as an example,this paper compares and analyzes the pressure problems of the system under different constant pressure modes,and focuses on the working principle and advantages of the automatic bypass constant pressure system.This paperprovides the reference for the design and operation of the long-distance heating pipelines.
