摘要
金属保温层具有耐高温,耐腐蚀,保温效果好等优点,所以在核电厂中有诸多应用。根据某核电厂主设备实际工况及环境特点,确定所需保温层的厚度,验证保温层散热量指标。结果表明,金属保温层结构设计方案满足设备散热要求。
With the advantages like high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance and good thermal insulation effect,metal thermal insulation is widely applied in nuclear power plant.According to the actual working conditions and environmental characteristics of the main equipment of certain nuclear power plant,the following tasks are accomplished:1)determining the thickness of the required insulation;2)verifying the heat dissipation index of the insulation.The results show that the design of the new thermal insulation structure satisfies the specific requirements of heat dissipation of the equipment very well.
