风管机的风叶和蜗壳优化研究

Optimization Study of Blades and Volute in Ducted Type Air-conditioner

风管机的噪声问题一直是消费者关心的地方。本文通过优化风管机的风叶和蜗壳,利用实验测试的方法比较分析了优化前后风管机的风量、制冷能力、噪声三个方面的变化,测试结果表明经过优化后的风叶蜗壳降噪效果明显。

The customers always pay close attention to the noise of the ducted type air conditioner. By optimizing the ducted type air conditioner blades and volute, this paper analyses the change in air flow, cooling capacity and noise after optimizing the blades and volute. It was obtained that the noise level could be reduced through a combination of the optimized blades and volute in ducted type air conditioner.
