探究插座接线端子烧毁的故障现象

摘要 市场上经常会出现插座烧毁的现象,通常人们会认为是插座的质量太差,而造成烧毁的原因到底有哪些呢?是外壳材料耐热性太差,还是所用金属材料导电性不好,或是其它原因导致的?本文将以可拆线插座的接线端子作为探究对象,对插座烧毁的现象进行剖析和再现,从而探究真正引起插座烧毁的谜题。试验表明,不正确接线是引起烧毁的主要原因之一。本项探究对于如何正确使用插座有一定的现实意义。 The phenomenon of socket burning often occurs in the market.Usually people think that the quality of the socket is too bad,and what are the reasons for the burnout?Is the heat resistance of the outer shell material too poor,or the conductivity of the metal material used is not good,or other reasons?This paper will take the terminal of detachable socket as the research object,analyze and reproduce the phenomenon of socket burning, so as to explore the puzzle that really causes socket burning. Tests have shown that incorrect wiring is one of the main causes of burnout. This research has certain practical significance for how to use the socket correctly.
