温控舱对燃气热水器恒温特性的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Temperature Control Cabin on the Thermostatic Characteristics of Gas Water Heater

本文首先对燃气热水器在正常用水过程中所输出的热水特性影响指标进行分析,分析了当前恒温机型所存在的系统问题,然后通过对燃气热水器出水端增加一温控舱可以有效解决目前存在的水温波动过大的共性问题。通过实验对比得出了温控舱对于热水热性的指标有明显改善,提升用户的洗浴舒适性,已应用于实际生产中,产生了较大效益;同时也为续温型燃气热水器的设计开发提供相关的参考。

In this paper, the influence index of hot water characteristics of gas water heater in the process of normal water use is analyzed, and analyzing the system problems existing in the current constant temperature model, then introducing the common problem of excessive fluctuation of water temperature can be effectively solved by adding one temperature control cabin to the outlet of gas water heater. Through the experimental comparison, it is concluded that the thermal water and heat index of the temperature control cabin has been obviously improved, and the bath comfort of the users has been applied to the actual production, which has produced great benefits. At the same time, it also provides a relevant reference for the design and development of the continuous temperature gas water heater.
