摘要
目的讨自由呼吸磁共振成像(MRI)序列(Starvibe序列)显示与观察胸部结节或肿块样病变特征的价值.方法按标准纳入胸部结节或肿块病例.MRI检查序列包括横断常规T1WI及T1WI-FS,Starvibe序列等,Starvibe序列主要参数重复时间(TR)3.05 ms,回波时间(TE)1.44 ms,Flip angle 5.0,层厚2.0 mm.将获取图像按扫描序列分为2组:T1WI-FS组与Starvibe组,采取主观评价5分法评价图像质量,此外,计算2组的信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR);分析2组间图像评分、信噪比与对比噪声比的差异.结果符合标准患者23例,平均年龄(54±12)岁,共26个病灶,位于肺内18个(其中左肺10个,右肺8个),胸膜3个,纵隔5个.T1WI-FS组与Starvibe组间图像评分、SNR、CNR差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),Starvibe组的图像评分、SNR及CNR均高于T1WI-FS组.结论 Starvibe序列成像清晰稳定,更有利于胸部结节/肿块样病灶的显示、细节观察和定性诊断.
Objective To study the value of free breathing magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)Starvibe sequence on the features indication and observation of thoracic nodule/mass-like lesions. Methods Thoracic solid nodules or masses were included according to the standard. MRI examination sequence includes transverse T1WI and T1WI-FS, Starvibe sequence,etc. The main parameters of Starvibe sequence include repetition time(TR)3.05 ms,echo time(TE) 1.44 ms,Flip angle 5.0 and section thickness of 2 mm. The acquired images were divided into two groups:T1WI-FS group and Starvibe group. The image quality was evaluated by 5-score method. In addition,the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR)and contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR)of the two groups were calculated. The differences of image score,SNF and CNR between the two groups were analyzed. Results Twenty-three cases were included,with an average age of (54±12)years. All 26 lesions were displayed which 18 lesions located in lungs(including 10 lesions in the left and 8 in the right),3 lesions on the pleura,5 lesions in the mediastinum. After statistical analysis,the differences in image score,SNR and CNR between T1WI-FS group and Starvibe group were statistically significant (P<0.05). The image score,SNR and CNR of Starvibe group were higher than T1WI-FS group. Conclusion Imaging with Starvibe sequence is clear and stable,which is more conducive to the display,detailed observation and qualitative diagnosis of thoracic nodule/mass-like lesions.
