提升煤矿的安全管理水平,营造煤矿企业的安全文化是关键。分析了煤矿安全文化和安全管理的关系,探讨了煤矿安全文化在安全管理水平提高中的价值。
It is the key to create the safety culture of coal mine enterprises for improving the safety management level of coal mines.This paper analyzed the relationship between safety culture and safety management of coal mine enterprises and probed into the value of safety culture of coal mine enterprises in improving safety management level.
