摘要
减速器是矿井提升机重要的结构组成部分,其正常运行直接关系到提升机运行的效率。传统的提升机减速器故障诊断方法仅能大致对故障类型及故障位置进行判定,诊断效果不佳。采用小波分析法实现了对减速器故障的精准判定,取得了较好的应用效果。
Reducer is an important structural component of mine hoist,its normal operation is directly related to the efficiency of hoist operation.The traditional fault diagnosis method of hoist reducer can only roughly determine the fault type and location,and the diagnosis effect is not good.The precise fault diagnosis of reducer was realized by using wavelet analysis method,and good application results were obtained.
